Goals
Setting goals for ourselves can be a really useful way to identify things we want to achieve and help us to see areas where we might want to reach out for some help to achieve them. Sometimes we might see a post, picture or video on social media and think ‘Yes that’s exactly what I want!’ or we might have an idea from speaking to a friend or an adult.
It is important to remember that having the motivation and ambition for those big targets is important to help achieve your goals and dreams, and it is also important to set ourselves smaller goals on the way too.
We are sometimes told that life is a journey, and we don’t always achieve our goals the first time we try, ideally we want to keep working on our smaller goals to help us towards achieving the bigger ones!
