Dealing with Loss

Losing someone or something close to you can be hard and can affect us emotionally and physically. Feeling sad or upset about this loss is normal and is part of the process of grief.  Grieving can also impact our mental health. It is important to know that grieving is an incredibly personal process and can take time. Being able to support yourself and manage your grief can be helpful as well as reaching out to trusted people in your support circle.

If you are struggling with a loss, talk to a trusted adult such as a parent/carer. There are also details of organisations you could talk to below.
