Life After Education

Top angle image

Thinking about life after education may seem scary and a long way off. However, you might start to feel pressure as you choose your GCSE topics or choose the activities you do after school. People might tell you that whatever you choose to do now will have a big impact on your future. It is important to remember that no decision you make is final.  There is time to find out what you enjoy and where that might lead you.

What Next?

Try to get as much information as possible before you make a decision.  Talk to the teachers of the subjects you enjoy and discuss what opportunities there might be for you after education.  That could be further study, apprenticeships, or your first job.  Use the information below to start thinking about options.  Then talk to an adult you trust about your different options.
