Exam Stress
Taking exams is an important time for young people. They are the final piece of their secondary school, college or university experience and will often play a part in their next steps in education or employment.
This time can be overwhelming and worrying for a child as the exam season approaches. As a parent and carer, it can be hard to know how to support your child through these times. You will want to help them look after themselves during the exam period, manage stress and feel empowered and encouraged to do their best.
If you have any concerns about exam stress and how your child is managing, then speaking to a teacher as well as your child may help.
