We all have feelings, it is part of being human.  Feelings can be intense and confusing at times. They can also affect the way we think and behave. This is why it is important to understand how we feel so that we can manage our feelings when they become overwhelming.

  • New challenges can feel difficult
  • Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days you know that better ones are coming.
