Dealing with Loss - Bereavement
Losing someone or something close to you can be hard and can affect us emotionally and physically. Feeling sad or upset about this loss is normal and is part of the process of grief. Grieving can also impact our mental health. It is important to know that grieving is an incredibly personal process and can take time. Reach out to others around you to talk about how you are feeling.
