Allergies

An allergy is when your body reacts to something that’s normally harmless, like pollen or dust in the air, or some foods. People’s symptoms can be mild but sometimes they can be very serious. Allergies don’t define you but there may be times where you need more support and guidance.

It is important to talk to a trusted adult if you think you have an allergy.

If you already have medication for an allergy make sure you carry it with you and let those around you know how they can help.

Find below some helpful resources that can offer support.
